Applying, paying and booking
From choosing a course to holding your certificate.
A step-by-step guide to choosing a 2027 Erasmus+ KA1 course, applying as an individual or a group, paying by bank transfer or PayPal, and following your booking in your participant space.
1. Choose your course and dates
Browse the catalogue or the 2027 calendar. Each course page shows the day-by-day programme and its length, the working language, the course fee and the estimated board and lodging, plus the open editions and their host city.
2. Send your application
Apply as an individual or for a group. You give your organisation details, the number of places you need and the names you already know. Group coordinators can add or change participant names later.
3. We confirm your place
The admissions team checks eligibility and availability and confirms your place, or offers you the waiting list or another edition. You receive a confirmation e-mail with your booking reference.
4. Pay the deposit, then the balance
Pay by bank transfer to ABARKA's account or online with PayPal. The deposit secures your place; the balance is due before the course starts. Every payment and due date is visible in your space.
5. Receive your documents
Once the deposit is received we issue your invitation letter, visa support letter if you need one, invoices and the pre-course information pack — all downloadable from your account.
6. Attend and get certified
Your attendance is recorded day by day. After the course we issue your certificate of attendance and, where applicable, your Europass documentation.
Paying by bank transfer
Your proforma invoice carries ABARKA's bank details and your booking reference — always quote it. After transferring, upload the bank proof from your payment link; the finance team confirms it and your status updates automatically.
Paying online with PayPal
Choose PayPal on your payment page to pay the deposit or the balance instantly. Confirmation is immediate and your receipt appears in your participant space straight away. We accept no other payment methods.
Your participant space
Sign in with your own e-mail — by password or a secure one-time link — to follow your application status, see what has been paid and what is due, download your documents and check your attendance and certificate.
