1.2 Who built the platform
The TANTI ACADEMY software is developed, maintained and owned by TANTI SCOOP, a cooperative of services incorporated in Spain, which licenses it to ABARKA ONGD for the operation of its training programme.
TANTI SCOOP is the technical provider and, in data-protection terms, a processor acting on ABARKA's instructions. ABARKA ONGD is solely responsible for the training courses offered here, for the contractual relationship with participants, and for the personal data processed through the platform.
1.3 Hosting

1.4 Purpose of the website
TANTI ACADEMY publishes ABARKA ONGD's international training courses, allows organisations and individuals to apply for a place, manages confirmations, payments and documents, and gives confirmed participants access to their own information. It is not a marketplace and carries no third-party offers.
1.5 Terms of use
Browsing this website makes you a user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice. You undertake to use the website lawfully and in good faith, and in particular not to:
introduce or spread malicious code or anything that may damage the systems of ABARKA, of TANTI SCOOP or of third parties;
attempt to access restricted areas, other users' accounts or the administration interface;
use automated means to extract content, applications or personal data;
submit false information in an application form, or apply on behalf of an organisation without authority to do so;
reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate the contents of this website beyond what section 1.6 allows.
ABARKA may suspend access to the platform, or refuse or cancel an application, where any of the above occurs.
1.6 Intellectual property
The structure, design, source code and interface of the platform belong to TANTI SCOOP. The course content, texts, photographs, logos, programmes and training materials published here belong to ABARKA ONGD or to the authors who have licensed them to ABARKA.
You may read, print and share the public pages for personal, educational or non-commercial purposes, always quoting the source and the address tantiacademy.com. Any other use — in particular reproducing a course programme in a commercial training offer, or re-publishing photographs of participants — requires prior written authorisation.
Several of ABARKA's training materials are deliberately published under Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0. Where that is the case, the licence appears on the material itself and prevails over this section.
Photographs of people published here have been taken at ABARKA activities with the consent of those portrayed. If you appear in a photograph and wish it removed, write to privacy@tantiacademy.com and it will be removed without delay.

1.8 Liability
ABARKA takes reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, and in particular the dates, places and fees of its courses. Nevertheless:
course information may change, and what governs a booking is the version of the General Conditions and of the course details in force at the moment the application was confirmed;
ABARKA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and may suspend access for maintenance, giving notice where possible;
ABARKA is not liable for damage arising from the user's own equipment, connection or misuse of the platform.
Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law.
1.9 Accessibility
TANTI ACADEMY is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. If you meet a barrier — a page you cannot use with a screen reader or a keyboard, a contrast that defeats you, a form you cannot complete — write to accessibility@tantiacademy.com describing the page and the difficulty. We will answer within 10 working days and, where the fix is not immediate, offer you another way to do what you were trying to do, including completing any application by e-mail or by telephone.
1.10 Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be submitted to the courts of Donostia–San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa, Spain), except where mandatory consumer legislation gives the user the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile.
