Project Design Fundamentals

❦

A back-to-basics week with paper, markers and the group's own ideas: the classic project-design toolbox that every good proposal is built on, learned by hand before any software or AI enters the room. Participants leave with a complete design pack for a real project of their organisation.

In the training room

Small teams prepare and test what they will take back to their own organisation.

Why this course

✦

A back-to-basics week with paper, markers and the group's own ideas: the classic project-design toolbox that every good proposal is built on, learned by hand before any software or AI enters the room. Participants leave with a complete design pack for a real project of their organisation.

Learning outcomes

Learning approach

✦

Every ABARKA course is built with the same learning architecture we use in our own programmes and in the KA2 projects we coordinate. It is non-formal, practice-first and designed backwards from what the participant must be able to do on Monday morning back home.

Built on

✦

ABARKA's 26+ Erasmus+ projects · Project Cycle Management practice in KA2 (I-PLAY, EmpowerHERment, ROOT) and local programmes (EGG, HARIAK) · ABARKA Project Writing Camp

Field visits and labs

✦

Design a real case with an EGG participant or a local association; peer review of each design pack; Oiartzun municipal projects as examples of logframes in practice.
