Belgrade editions are hosted by Creative Station (Kreativna stanica), a Serbian non-governmental organisation committed to a creative and innovative approach to education, lifelong learning and social responsibility. Creative Station specialises in modern pedagogical research, holistic education, experiential learning and school leadership, and delivers non-formal seminars, training courses and camps as well as educational and cultural programmes in schools, libraries and community centres. Its team includes an experienced school director and project manager, a financial manager specialised in EU-funded projects, an architect working on learning-friendly public space, a communications specialist and a special-needs teacher. The organisation has partnered in a wide range of Erasmus+ projects since 2023, among them DELEPO 2.0 with ABARKA ONGD and STEP — Stage Training for Empowerment and Presence, which it led in 2025.
